George Paterson Computer Services can now offer a remote support service that allows us to connect remotely to your PC and diagnose/repair faults quickly. The cost for this service is £35.00 + Vat. Should we not be able to fix your PC remotely and require to arrange a callout you will recieve a 25% reduction on our callout charge

Our remote support tool allows you to see exactly what we do on your PC and we will also be on the phone explaining what we are doing.

To use this service your PC must be able to boot into Windows and have a working broadband connection.

If you are an existing customer you have the option of being invoiced for the remote support session after the work has been completed.
